Washup

We were greeted at National Park by a strong NE wind and a pretty ordinary surf. After securing the comp tent to prevent it escaping in the wind we made a start. The plan was to have the SUPs out first in case the wind worsened. The opposite happened and the mals ended up with reasonable wind conditions but pretty ordinary waves. The water was a good temperature and all in all it was good to have the comp today.

Thanks again to Erich and Wayne for another good bbq breakkie. And thanks to all who scored and helped out with moving equipment to and from the beach.

Plenty of admin for all at the start of the new year so please complete your member forms and get them back to Mick. This can be done online as can payment of your club fees which are $60 this year. Bank details are on the membership forms. Alternatively you can hand the forms and payment to the committee. Please do this as soon as you can so we can complete all the club admin.

The club presentation is at Gerringong Bowling Club on 18^th February at 2.30pm, there will be barefoot bowls and burgers Please respond to Mick’s SMS so we can let the bowlo know the numbers. Cost will be around $25-30 per head and anyone welcome so feel free to invite your friends.

Next comp is scheduled for last Sunday the 26^th February.
