Even though South winds were predicted we were lucky to have very light variable winds which gave us some pretty smooth conditions with a few nice waves. We were down on numbers due some being away for the long weekend but we hope to see you all back for the May comp. There was a bit of a stuff up with the timing in heat 2 due to some old bloke misreading the new timing technology! Apologies to those in that heat, we’ll get it right in future.

Good to see Ralph back and also to have a visit from former club president Bob Munro.

Thanks to you all for helping move our gear to and from the beach each comp … many hands making light work. Also thanks again to Erich and Wayne for another great bbq brekkie. See you in the water and at the next comp.
